Certified Instructor Agreement
This document outlines all the legal details about what we promise to you and what you promise to us, in clear black and white terms. This is the contract upon which our relationship is built. Please download it, and have a detailed read through.

payment options
As discussed in the video, there are now 3 different payment options:
MONTHLY instalments
To sign up for the monthly payment program, the investment is $997/mth for 6 months, for a total of $5982.
The only way to pay this way is to sign up via our direct debit system with a credit or debit card.
Sign up for Monthly Instalments. The first payment instalment needs to be received by 15 April 2019.
up front
Up front payment is discounted to $4997, and is paid by direct deposit*. Email Israel to let me know you'd like to do an up front payment, so we can issue a Tax Invoice with bank details in your chosen business name.
Email Israel about Up Front Payment. This payment needs to be received by 15 April 2019.
up front earlybird
If you get in early and make payment by 5 April 2019, you can save an additional $200 and pay just $4797 up front via direct deposit*. Email Israel to let me know you'd like to do an earlybird up front payment, so we can issue a Tax Invoice with bank details in your chosen business name.
Email Israel about Earlybird Up Front Payment. This payment needs to be received by 5 April 2019.
get started
When you've read through all the documents above, and chosen your payment option, please print page 1 & 2 of the Certified Instructor Agreement, complete and sign them, and then scan them / take a photo with your smartphone, and email back to israel@therootcause.com.au.
Once we've received your signed agreement and your payment (or first instalment), we'll get you setup in the Certified Instructor Portal so you can get your login & password setup and activated.
This all needs to be completed by 15 April 2019 when we start the training program.
